Please join me for EnerQi Yoga!   I love offering this class integrating Hatha Yoga, Qigong and Energy Medicine Yoga.  We will be weaving together techniques from all three practices, deepening the work we can do with any single practice.   Qigong and Energy Medicine Yoga are both based on the Chinese meridian system, and focus on specific practices to clear blocked energy, open major energy channels, and promote general health and healing.  This practice is very effective for issues like insomnia, general low energy or afternoon “slumps”, brain fog, stress, poor immunity, hormonal imbalances, and many others.

I have personally found this combination of approaches to be extremely effective. Benefits include stronger immunity, increased energy levels, improved ability to focus, better sleep and enhanced feelings of well-being. You will notice improved physical, mental and emotional health with regular practice of some simple techniques!

The Qigong methods we use are based in ZY Qigong, which I have been studying for the past 5 years, with my main teachers Claire and Jerigtu from Inner Mongolia, as well as local teachers here in Seattle.   The Energy Medicine is based on Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine. I have studied with Donna and also with Lauren Walker, author of Energy Medicine Yoga, and The Energy Medicine Yoga Prescription. I hold a Level 2 teaching certification in Energy Medicine Yoga.  I am also a Certified Yoga Therapist.
