Yoga for Fertility Teacher Training

Add a valuable skill to your yoga teaching toolkit by learning how to teach yoga to support women who are trying to conceive.   These Teacher Training programs are based on Lynn Jensen’s proven Yoga for Fertility program, from which nearly 2,000 women and couples have graduated since 2002. Approximately 1 in every 8 couples in the U.S. today face fertility challenges.   This equates to over 7 million couples in the U.S. who are currently facing challenges while trying to conceive.  Yoga is recommended by many fertility doctors as well as acupuncturists, doctors of Chinese medicine, and Naturopaths.  Yoga for Fertility offers a way to support fertility naturally, offset the stress associated with fertility challenges,  and improve chances of conception and a healthy birth.

This is a unique, on-site Yoga for Fertility teacher training program, with opportunities to observe Lynn’s classes. The Yoga for Fertility Teacher Training courses are taught by Lynn Jensen, E-RYT, RPYT, C-IAYT, MBA, founder and instructor of the Yoga for Fertility program in Seattle WA.    Lynn is co-author of the book: Yoga and Fertility, A Journey to Health and Healing, and has produced several videos, including: Yoga for Fertility, Simple Practices for Fertility Support (also in a Spanish-language version), and Yoga for Healthy Hormones.  She has been teaching yoga since 1997, and founded the Yoga for Fertility program in 2002. Trainings are open to a limited number of participants. Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credits are available.
