Please join me for EnerQi Medicine Yoga Classes! I love offering this class, which integrates Hatha Yoga with Energy Medicine and Qigong. We will weave together techniques from all these practices, deepening the impact of our yoga practice. Qigong and Energy Medicine work with the Chinese meridian system, as well as other energy systems in the body. Learn specific practices to clear blocked energy, improve sleep, boost energy levels, and promote healing. EnerQi Medicine Yoga is very effective for issues like insomnia, low energy and fatigue, emotional stress, anxiety, poor immunity, hormonal imbalances, and many others.
I have personally found this combination of approaches to be extremely effective. Benefits include stronger immunity, increased energy levels, improved ability to focus, better sleep and enhanced feelings of well-being. You will notice improved physical, mental and emotional health with regular practice of some simple techniques. This class is open to women and men, and any level of yoga experience, including beginners, are welcome. The practices are simple but very powerful. Come join us and experience the benefits yourself!

About the instructor: I have been teaching EnerQi Yoga since 2016, and have been studying Qigong since 2014 with my teachers Claire and Jerigtu from Inner Mongolia. I hold a Master Teacher of Energy Medicine Yoga certification, from Lauren Walker, author of Energy Medicine Yoga, and The Energy Medicine Yoga Prescription. I have been a registered yoga teacher for over 20 years, and am a Certified Yoga Therapist.
