Please join me for EnerQi Yoga Online Classes!   I love offering this class, which integrates Hatha Yoga with Energy Medicine and Qigong.  We will weave together techniques from all these practices, deepening the impact of our yoga practice.  Qigong and Energy Medicine work with the Chinese meridian system, as well as several other key energy systems in the body.  We will learn specific practices to clear blocked energy, improve sleep, boost energy levels, and promote healing.   EnerQi Yoga is very effective for addressing issues like fatigue, emotional stress, anxiety, poor immunity, hormonal imbalances, insomnia, and many others.

You will notice improved physical, mental and emotional health with regular practice of some simple techniques.  This class is open to women and men, and any level of yoga experience, including beginners, are welcome. The practices are simple but very powerful.   Come join us and experience the benefits yourself!

About the instructor, Lynn Jensen:  I have been teaching yoga since 1997, and EnerQi Yoga since 2016.  I began studying Qigong in 2014 with my teachers Claire and Jerigtu, Qigong Masters from Inner Mongolia.  I am a certified Master Teacher of Energy Medicine Yoga, from Lauren Walker, author of Energy Medicine Yoga, and The Energy Medicine Yoga Prescription, and have also studied with Donna Eden, author of Energy Medicine and Energy Medicine for Women.  I am registered yoga teacher at the ERT-500 level, and a Certified Yoga Therapist.
