Yoga for Fertility + Energy Medicine Sunday LIVE Online Class 

In a Harvard-based study, women who participated in a yoga and relaxation program nearly tripled their chances of pregnancy, compared to those not in the program.  Yoga for Fertility works! 

Yoga for Fertility is designed for women who are currently trying to conceive, whether using natural or assisted reproduction techniques.   We will practice yoga postures for each phase of your monthly cycle, to stimulate and support the reproductive system and regulate hormone levels.  In addition to yoga postures, we will learn fertility-supporting breathing and relaxation practices. Chronic stress has been shown to adversely affect fertility, and yoga is a well-recognized stress-reducer.

This class will also include fertility-supporting energy medicine techniques, working with chakras, meridians and other energetic systems.  All levels of yoga experience are welcome, and modifications will be offered for those doing assisted cycles.

This class will meet LIVE ONLINE via Zoom.  Please note there is NO CLASS on 3/31, Easter Sunday.   You will also receive a recording of each weekly class to practice with at home.  Register below (pre-registration required). 

*Note: Class fees are refundable if withdrawal is due to medical reasons, or after the initial class session only. Refunds will be less a $25 registration fee, and will be pro-rated.
