Testimonials from past Yoga for Fertility students:

“Thank you for what you do. I’m confident that my yoga practice and your support were key to me finally having a positive outcome.” G.H.

I am completely blown away!  Positive HPT and just heard back from the doctor’s office….it’s Official!!  I can’t even think straight – I am so stunned.  I wanted to thank you for your workshop and the poses…..legs up the wall!!!   Thank you ever so much!  L. I.

You and your yoga class were so incredibly helpful to me. The class connected me to my body in new ways that really helped me heal from my miscarriages and prepare my body for future pregnancies. It also introduced me to wonderful supportive people that have been a huge part of my coping during this journey. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and stories with me. I am very grateful.”  B.L.S.

I would especially like to thank you for what you’re doing! I believe that without yoga I wouldn’t be happily pregnant right now. It helped me a lot on my journey and encouraged me to be positive. And I’ve learned to BREATHE!   Thank you again!   A.O.

I started doing yoga every day, and it helped me work through the grief of losing my mother in 2014, followed by a miscarriage in 2015.   All my friends told me I was too stressed to get pregnant, and I didn’t really know what they meant. I knew I was under an amazing amount of stress, but I didn’t know how to stop it. Doing yoga every day got me out of my head and helped me to listen to my body, and eventually helped reduce my stress and anxiety. I just started doing 15 minutes a day and following the sample lesson in Lynn’s book….I even started teaching yoga to my co-workers! Despite hearing from several doctors that I had hardly any chance of getting pregnant with my own eggs (because of having an FSH of 48 at one point!) I am now 12 weeks pregnant on a natural cycle, and I know yoga helped me get to this place and has truly changed my outlook and my life.” M.E.

I found yoga to be so helpful to me this past cycle, physically, mentally and spiritually. And the safe, nurturing environment of the class is a wonderful way of finding support during what can otherwise be a difficult and challenging time. Good luck to you, and to your future classes, as I’m “graduating!”  E.L.

I just have to say again how encouraged I am by the results I’m seeing (in doing the sequences consistently). Things that use to “trigger” me emotionally now have no impact on me (?!?!). I am so steady and regulated that I feel as though I am in a foreign body; historically I would have intense and unmanageable emotional and visceral reactions to triggers. As a highly vata individual, I am experiencing groundedness for the first time. What a gift. My marriage has improved as a result and my husband thanks you!  L.G.  (Lynn’s note:  She is now pregnant – a surprise, natural pregnancy – they hadn’t even officially started trying yet!)
