Weekly Yoga for Fertility Classes
Classes are being offered ONLINE ONLY until further notice. All classes are recorded so it is possible to register to receive the recorded classes if unable to join the Live online classes.

This class is open to women currently trying to conceive, either naturally or using assisted reproductive technology. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. If you are currently taking other yoga classes, Yoga for Fertility class will teach you how to modify your practice to better support your fertility, including for each phase of your cycle.

This option is for anyone who is not able to attend class at the scheduled hours for the online Live classes listed above. If you register for this option, you will received the recordings of each class for the 8-week session, shortly after the Thursday Live class meets (by about 9:30 p.m. PST on Thursdays). The recording will be the complete class, except for the initial check-in with the Live class, so the recordings will generally be for a class of around 45-50 minutes.

“I started doing yoga every day, and it helped me work through the grief of losing my mother in 2014, followed by a miscarriage in 2015. All my friends told me I was too stressed to get pregnant, and I didn’t really know what they meant. I knew I was under an amazing amount of stress, but I didn’t know how to stop it. Doing yoga every day got me out of my head and helped me to listen to my body, and eventually helped reduce my stress and anxiety. I just have to say again how encouraged I am by the results I’m seeing (in doing the sequences consistently). Things that use to “trigger” me emotionally now have no impact on me (?!?!). I am so steady and regulated that I feel as though I am in a foreign body; historically I would have intense and unmanageable emotional and visceral reactions to triggers. As a highly vata individual, I am experiencing groundedness for the first time. What a gift. My marriage has improved as a result and my husband thanks you! L.G.
