Who: Couples currently trying to conceive
What: This special Valentine’s Yoga for Fertility workshop is designed for couples who are facing fertility challenges together, whether using natural approaches or assisted reproductive techniques. We will focus on simple poses, including some partner poses, breathing and relaxation practices to reduce stress, release physical tension, calm the mind, and improve our chances of conceiving and maintaining a healthy pregnancy.
Allowing our energy to flow more freely throughout the body improves blood flow, helps with hormone regulation and supports the reproductive organs. Yoga and breathing practices help us develop calmness and mental clarity to gracefully face those potentially stressful events or difficult decisions. Partner yoga offers a positive way for partners to support each other on the path to parenthood and beyond. We will also learn techniques that help us get more “in tune” with our partner’s energy.
Yoga poses are simple and gentle, and effective for both women and men. No previous yoga experience is required. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome. I look forward to seeing you at the Workshop!
