Who: Anyone currently trying to conceive
What: This special Yoga for Fertility Workshop is designed for anyone facing fertility challenges, whether using natural approaches or assisted reproductive techniques. We will focus on simple poses, breathing and relaxation practices which support fertility. Our goals are to reduce stress, release physical tension, calm the mind, and improve our chances of conceiving and maintaining a healthy pregnancy.
Yoga improves energy flow throughout your body, which increases blood flow and oxygen, helps with hormone regulation and optimizes functioning of the reproductive organs. Yoga also helps us develop calmness and mental clarity to gracefully face those potentially stressful events or difficult decisions.
Yoga poses are simple, gentle, and effective. No previous yoga experience is required and all levels of yoga practitioners are welcome. I look forward to seeing you ONLINE.
