Please join me for Yoga for Healthy Energy! I love offering this class, which integrates Yoga with Energy Medicine and Qigong. It weaves together techniques from all these practices, resulting in a much more powerful yoga practice. Qigong works with the Chinese meridian system, and Energy Medicine works with 9 other key energy systems in the body. We will learn specific practices to target each energy system, to clear blocked energy, improve sleep, boost energy and immunity, reduce stress, and promote general health and healing.
You will notice improved physical, mental and emotional health with regular practice of some very simple techniques. This class is open to everyone, and any level of yoga experience, including beginners, are welcome. The practices are simple but very powerful. Come join us and experience the benefits yourself!
In the Summer session, we will begin to work with Fire Element for Summer season. In working with Fire, we are transforming anxiety into inspiration and joy! Fire Element has 4 associated meridians: Heart, Triple Warmer, Small Intestine and Circulation/Sex (aka Pericardium). Summer session meets July 11,18, 25 and August 8.
All classes are recorded so students in the Live classes can access the recorded classes if unable to attend at the scheduled time.
About the instructor, Lynn Jensen, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, MBA: I have been teaching yoga since 1997, and Yoga combined with Energy Medicine since 2015. I began studying Qigong in 2014 with my teachers Claire and Jerigtu, Qigong Masters from Inner Mongolia. I am a certified Master Teacher of Energy Medicine Yoga, from Lauren Walker, author of Energy Medicine Yoga, and The Energy Medicine Yoga Prescription, and have also studied with Donna Eden, author of Energy Medicine and Energy Medicine for Women. I am registered yoga teacher at the EYT-500 level through the Yoga Alliance, and a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Integrating and sharing all of these amazing practices is one of my main passions as a yoga teacher!
