This special Valentine’s Workshop is offered for couples who are facing fertility challenges together. With a focus on simple poses, breathing practices and relaxation, we will learn techniques to offset stress, help to regulate hormones levels, and support the reproductive organs.
Yoga for Fertility practices also help with calmness and mental clarity to help us face potentially stressful events or difficult decisions. We will also do some Partner yoga, which offers a positive way for partners to support each other on the path to parenthood and beyond. These practices are simple and gentle, and effective for both women and men. No previous yoga experience is required.
