This online Yoga for Fertility Workshop is offered for anyone facing fertility challenges. With a focus on simple poses, breathing practices and relaxation, we will learn techniques to offset stress, regulate hormones levels, open energy and circulation in the pelvis and heart center, and support the reproductive organs.
Yoga for Fertility also supports calmness and mental clarity to help us face potentially stressful events or difficult decisions. These practices are simple and gentle, and effective for both women and men. All levels of yoga experience are welcome, including new to yoga.
About the instructor: Lynn Jensen, E-RYT-500, C-IAYT, MBA founded the Yoga for Fertility program in Seattle in 2002. She is co-author of Yoga and Fertility, A Journey to Health and Healing, and a speaker on the topic of fertility and yoga at many conferences and events. Over 2,000 women and couples have “graduated” from Lynn’s program, and are now busy parenting!
