Who: Couples currently trying to conceive (either natural cycles or ART).
What: This workshop is designed specifically for couples who are facing fertility challenges together. With a focus on simple poses, breathing practices and relaxation, we will learn some new techniques to offset stress, and release physical and mental tension.
Allowing our natural energy to flow more freely throughout the body improves blood flow, helps with hormone regulation and supports the reproductive organs. Yoga and breathing practices provide calmness and mental clarity to help us face those potentially stressful events or difficult decisions. Partner yoga offers another positive way for partners to support each other on the path to parenthood and beyond. We will also learn techniques that help us “tune in” to our partner energetically.
Yoga poses are simple and gentle, and effective for both women and men. No previous yoga experience is required.
